Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 3. Subscriptions and Payments

LeftDrive offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. Refunds are not available for subsequent billing periods or for annual plans after the 7-day window. Promotional or discounted subscriptions are non-refundable.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written consent • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Service • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service • Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, course materials, and software, is the property of LeftDrive or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal educational purposes only.

User-generated content (such as progress data and quiz results) remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process such data solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. AI Assistant

The Service includes an AI-powered assistant ("AI Assistant") available to paid subscribers. The AI Assistant is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Responses generated by the AI Assistant may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for making decisions about real-world driving. Always consult official government sources and qualified driving instructors for authoritative information.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the AI Assistant feature at any time without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

LeftDrive is an educational platform. It does not replace official driving lessons, government-issued driving manuals, or professional instruction. We make no representation that completing our courses will guarantee success in any official driving examination.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEFTDRIVE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeftDrive and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which LeftDrive is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
